I just wanted to let you guys know I am without a mic. My Turtle Beach was acting up. I was starting to hear a little bit of static in the right ear piece. Then it started to cut in and out and eventually it quit working all together. I contacted the company and they agreed to fix it so I mailed it out yesterday. I should have it back soon... I hope.

According to the tracking number Turtle Beach sent me. I should have my new head set either today or tomorrow.

Got my mic today. I have to admit Turtle Beach has almost zero customer service but they back up their product. I sent them an email telling them my mic was not working. Some guy sent me an email just saying sorry and here is a return number. I sent it back to them and they never said a word about receiving it or anything and less than 3 days they sent me an email with nothing in it but a tracking number. Today I got a brand new mic still sealed in the box. I was afraid I would get some used and refurbished one.
